Mango Pudding

I have made a few cooking buddies along the way. One of them is my new found friend in office - Nic San. He is one of the few guys i known whom like and know how to cook. See his mango pudding - It smells really nice and of course, taste very nice with a generous spread of mango. Thanks Nic San for that sumptous breakfast for today.
