10 food that i would love to try if i have the chance :)

I have recently been v sicked and haven't been in a mood to cook and blog. Finally, my sick bug is gone as i feel myself relish to start my cooking expedition again :)

Anyway, the first thing that i wanted to do after i have recovered is to feed myself silly with good food. In fact, while i was down, some silly tots came to me, what if i am only left with 24 hours on earth - What should be the few things that i must do & eat etc ?
And therefore, came the topic of my blog. The 10 foods i must try in this life. And i guess the main reason for me not trying them now would probably be the hefty PRICE that is being tag along as well

anyway, i have compiled these list in no particular order

1. Godiva Chocolate drink
there must be something special behind such an expensive chocolate coffee drink. Worth while to explore

2. Japan Imported Grapes
i came across this very expensive japan imported grapes at takashimaya. It is as big as a pebble, heard it is seedless and sweet. Of course, one brunch of such grapes cost more than 100 dollars

3. Bakerzin
with much recommendation from one of my friends - khim to try the tiramisu. i wonder if my tiramisu can match up to the standard of those from Bakerzin. :) if i never try, i never know.
Alto, I didn't try the tiramisu. I try one of the cakes (see pic) and it is really heavenly and rich. Thumbs up !!!

4. GoodWood Park Durian Cake
Their signature cake - something that the hotel must have been very proud about. I tot most tourist would hate the smell of pungent durian. I wonder if the hotel accomodation rate would fall during that season with such a big durian as their prop every year without fail. So, m sure it is something that i would love to try as well

5. Singapore Sling
Even though i have been to the long bar for the umpteen times, but i never try the singapore sling. So near and yet so far

6. my humble house
I saw the tv prg of our very famous chef sam leong and how he host the tai tais for an exclusive dinner. Certainly, i m really curious to meet sam leong in person too :)

7.Lawry's the Prime ribs
it is such a posh restaurant that i would never dreamt of going in my entire life.

8.chatterbox chicken rice
I wonder who would pay that much for a plate of chicken rice except for tourist. Such a luxurious indulgence for a plate of chicken rice for me

9.The fullerton waterboat house
For those who know me, i love to watch fireworks display. I am sure it must be quite a romantic experience to have dinner under the sheer glittering light. Hope to try it next year nearer to national day. KW, did you get the hint ??

10.Equinox
Since young, i have heard so much about compass rose and yet, never been there even once. It was the much talk about restaurant in my teenager days. To me, going to equinox is like going to compass rose. i m sure it will be breath taking experience. I believe i will be there with KW. hahahaha
