Low Carbo diet
I was recently under a low carbo spell, all credits shall go to Arthur and Larry. They are simply such bad influence. Suddenly it dwell on me that i have never been very health conscious. That explains why i have put on 5 kg in the past few weeks. Anyway, I chanced upon this article on the straits time on tues - "Mind your body"and i think of my two health conscious pal.
