Fingers licking Good :)

2 weeks ago on sunday, i saw on Channel 8 about a documentary on home business. It features a family doing popiah biz along joo chiat road. From the documentary, it shows how tough to make the popiah by hand instead of machinery. And therefore, i suggest to my parents to try out the popiah since it is very near to my parents place.

Overall, we really enjoy the popiah very much. Indeed, the handmade popiah is very chewy and yummy. And the kua pie-ti as well. It is very crisy. Plus the fun of wrapping the popiah ourselves, really fingers licking good man. However, i feel that the service is so so only. Cos' there are too many people patronising the shop and too little staff manning the stall. And also, if the shop could provide serviette or wet tissues to customer would definitely make our whole experience of eating popiah better.

I guess i would come again for the delicious handmade popiah / kua pie ti cos' i really think so, that handmake one are really better. And since it is going to be a dying trade. I better appreciate the good food presented than to fuss about the other service factor. But would probably ask for the ready make ones to make it hassle free.
