Doggie Gathering

It has been two years+ since we had twinkle with us. And finally, today is the reunion day for twinkle and her ex-daddy and mummy, Jude and Louise. And also, an opportunity for the dogs to socialise. Afterall, we are all from the same family - Twinkle, Chloe and baby :) I have decided to make some shepherd pie. I modify the receipe that i have learnt from Cass. A very simple way to make the dogs' day.

1) Boil the carrots and brocolli, drain and keep aside

2) Cut the potatoe into small pieces and put to boil.

3) Once the potatoes are boiled, mash the potatoes while hot, keep aside

4) Use the stock from (1), stir fry minced meat with carrots and brocolli.

5) Lay a layer of (4) and put the potatoe on top. Bake for 30 mins

Simple and hassle free.

My Lucky Star - Twinkle

If you are reading this blog by any chance, my sincere congrats to you both once again on this day, as you both are united in this holy matrimony. Indeed, with so much joy and bliss. Everything went so well as GOD's plan. And Tracy is every inch a princess on that day. I always remembered that you looked at me in awe when i was in my hotel room getting ready for my wedding dinner. And Now, finally it is your turn. :)

I share your every moment of joy as i see how u are bleaming from head to toe in happiness today. And how radiant ur smile is when u both pledge the vows. And every tear that you shed at the thanksgiving speech. That to me, is the touching moment of every bride. :)

And when i saw how u and Eric shared a common talent in music, the perfect combination on earth. U both are just made for one another :) Another God's perfect creation.

The little girl that i used to know, when we first join Agilent and now, you have grown and transformed into a new role :) Every moment is magical. And just how much you have touched my heart and how you have made a difference in me too, in my life - the friendship and bonding that we shared for the past 8 years is beyond words can express the happiness that i have for you today :)

My dearest sista, as you name implied - i am sure you will become a 称职的老婆与母亲 and your mum will surely be proud of you...

And now the journey has begun for you both. Continue to serve the Lord together and find joy in this love journey.

Happy Birthday to my dearest friend, Audra

It has always been a routine for the four of us to meet for birthday celebration. No matter how busy we are, we will always make time for each other. And i always enjoy my fellowship and bonding with my soccer buddies. Time will change but our friendship over the years will not changed. I really treasure the friendship that i have build over the years with my soccer buddies. We celebrated Audra birthday last friday, two weeks earlier before her actual day. Haven't been to CENTRAL before and therefore suggested to check out that place. We went to this japanese restaurant - Sun with Moon. Highly Recommended by Adrian. Or rather, it is his favourite restaurant. Alto the prize is a bit steep, it is quite a nice place to be. As usual, to me, it is the company that matters most :)
