A reason for Celebration

Three and half year ago, i took a Salary Advance Program from my company. Because of this loan, i was "bond" by the company. But i never regret taking the loan alto things have changed over the years. I heard that the company have since took out this benefit. Well, it is a good reason for celebration as we count down and finish the last repayment of the loan this month. We have decided to give ourself a good treat at Billy Bombers. Finally, i m freed as a bird :)

my husband recently brought me a new toy - a Juice Extractor. Because of my health, i am slowly trying to adapt to a simple fare. And to begin with, i will resolute to drink at least a cup of apple juice every morn as part of this regime. As the acedote says, an apple a day keeps the doctor away. And what's more, twinkle love apple too, she can have a share to the apple residule left behind. hahaha...kill two birds with one stone.

Happy 1st Month birthday to Darling Gidon

It's my best friend's son, Gidon - 1st month birthday. As we herald the birth of a little Angel - Gidon to this family - Kai Ling and William. Just want to pray and commit this boy to our Heavenly Father. May he grow up healthily and happily. Happy Birthday once again to Darling Gidon.

Genki Sushi

This is my first time eating at other Sushi outlets in singapore besides Sakae Sushi because i have a food voucher that i redeem from my M1 sunperks point.

The crowd is much quieter at Genki Sushi than compared to Sakae Sushi. Nevertheless, I have truly enjoy my first experience @ Genki Sushi. The variety at Genki Sushi are more exquisite. But of course, the price are a little bit more expensive than Sakae Sushi. And the best part is the some of the drinks (Green Tea, Coke, Ice Lemon Tea) are free flow :)

I have ordered a Tuna Belly Sushi. And it is really delicious. I think it is definitely worth a try for a different palate in the arena of japanese cuisine

Unagi Don or Unagi kamameshi

I have made a pleasant discovery during one of my usual visits to Sakae Sushi. i was having luncheon with one of our ex colleague and someone suggested this outlet at Sun Plaza.

It is my SOP to order Unagi Don but at this outlet, i wasnt able to find any unagi don. but instead, i saw this Unagi Kamameshi. I have no idea what is the difference compared to the usual Don set. So i decided to give a try. To my pleasant surprise, the unagi are cooked and place in a pot and it taste really yummy compared to the usual unagi don that i usu go for. And not only that, the presentation, portion and servings is valuable for money. It comes with a salad and a soup too for a mere 12.90. really Oiishi

And not only that, this outlet is spacious and it is not really crowded - i would recommend this to be a new place to check out amongst the many sakae sushi outlet tucked at a 不起眼的shopping mall.
