Today is my beloved dog - twinkle's 5 year old birthday, i have decided to order a cake for her. And it is a 3 layer of shepherd pie. How indulgence !!

Harumi's Japanese Cooking

I chanced upon this cook book in one of the review in newspaper. Was very tempted to buy this book cos' i simply love jap food and i know that it is not easy to master japanese cooking.

Thanks to the recent credit card that i have signed up with Ambro Bank. They give me a book voucher to redeem a complimentary book. And i redeem this cooking book without battling an eye lid.

Japanese food is really a lot more healthier and looks appetitzing at the same time. As i m now undergoing a detox programme. I think i can make a few dishes for a simple palate for now

I saw this salmon burger which i m going to try it out and also, I my favourite jap dessert - Green Tea Jelly with red beans. M so looking forward to it

Lovely Cup Cakes

This is my first blog entry for 2007. And also my first baking session in the kitchen. Thanks to Cass for her unselfishness in sharing the lovely cup cakes receipe.

look at the cupcakes, it is so princessty that makes it so irresistable. I think it will make a lovely pressie for someone special. I hope i can make some cup cakes this chinese new year to impress my folks.
